Privacy statement

This statement explains what personal data 3dyonic.com collects, why, and what rights you have. It follows the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 (in force since 14 August 2025), and the regulations under it.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the data (the database owner under Israeli law) is Yonatan Lev Ari, who operates 3dyonic.com from Israel.

The form also records the page you came from, so we know which service you asked about. A hidden anti-spam field stays empty for human visitors and is not stored.

Is it mandatory? You do not have a legal duty to give us any data. If you do not fill in name, email and message, we cannot reply to you. The optional fields have no effect on whether we reply.

Data collected through analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country or city), device type, browser and time of visit. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you.

Analytics runs only after you give consent. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings control in the footer of every page.

Technical data

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request time) to operate and protect the site.

Why we use your data

• To reply to your message and discuss possible work together.
• To understand how visitors use the site, if you gave analytics consent.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We process your data with your consent (contact form and analytics), or because it is necessary to answer the request you made.

We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them. We do not make automated decisions or profiles about you.

Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that operate the site for us:

These providers process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Transfer of data outside Israel

Some of these providers store data outside Israel. We transfer data abroad according to the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, and we use providers that commit to protect the data at a level not lower than Israeli law requires.

How long we keep your data

• Contact form messages and email correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together. Then we keep it for the period the work and the law require.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months, in aggregate form, as set in Google Analytics.
• Server logs: according to the hosting provider's retention period, typically not more than 30 days.

How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control on all accounts that hold your data, and providers with recognized security practices, in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you can:

• See your data (Section 13): ask what data we hold about you.
• Correct your data (Section 14): ask us to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
• Delete your data: ask us to delete data we no longer need, or data used for direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent: change your analytics choice in Cookie settings, or ask us to stop using the data you sent through the form.

Children

This site is for professional contact. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.

Links to other sites

The site links to external sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes to this statement

When we change this statement, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you before the change applies.
